Valerie’s Vision By Valerie Roca I t is no secret that Boca Grove is blooming! Families from nearby and afar are eagerly contacting us for a chance to peer behind our gates and experience our lush and thriving community. The Sports & Wellness Center now commands the attention of every visitor, making it the leading talking point of

conversations. The Tennis & Pickleball Center has seen a tremendous up-tick in activity, leading to more clinics and tournaments, and the introduction of a dedicated pickleball instructor. Fitness classes and events such as Walk, Wine and Whiskey and Sunset Yoga have also grown in participation. And the dining rooms have been the busiest they have been since last Winter. These wonderful happenings are the product of a growing and thriving community enriched by its newcomers and rooted by its heritage. As a marketer, it is my primary objective to capture and convey the tangible and intangible value of Boca Grove. In January, I had the pleasure of working with your fellow members on a project that would allow us to inject life and motion into our brand and give us an advantage in the space of digital advertising. Many clubs market themselves in the same manner, beautiful pictures of their clubhouses, homes, golf courses, and various other venues. Hardly any photos have people in them and the ones that do are visibly staged. How can we be promoting a lifestyle without people? So we had a little photoshoot and I am pleased to present the results in digital ad form. Recognize any of the gifted actors? These ads have reached hundreds of thousands of views to date. Future ad work includes a 3D virtual tour of the newly built Sports &Wellness Center, an HGTV-inspired campaign to attract qualified builders to the community, and “A day in the life” campaign of video ads to personify and showcase all aspects of the Boca Grove lifestyle. Also, for those who are unaware, we now have a hole-by-hole flyover tour of our course that you can easily share with your guests and other potential members.
