O ur community has seen so much growth, such beautiful growth, this past year. From record breaking home sales, to an increase in children and families, to our soon to be open Sports &Wellness Center, we are bustling with activities and that’s not just golf, tennis, and fitness. The ACC and your Board of Directors have approved standardized signage throughout the community, new powder coated mailboxes and new lamppost fixtures both at the home and street level. These projects are intended to increase curb appeal. To that, we have retained a certified Florida Landscape Architect along with a landscape company to ensure our common areas are not only manicured and well-kept, but also enhance the natural beauty of our south Florida environment. With growth and increased activities also comes the need for increased safety measures. As our members become vaccinated and start to feel more comfortable moving about property, we would like to remind you of the following rules, guidelines & tips:

ON PROPERTY: • Walk on sidewalks when available and please refrain from walking in the middle of roadways with baby carriages, that is extremely hazardous/ dangerous. • When walking or jogging in the dark please wear bright-colored clothing to be easily detected. • When walking your dog please be sure to have them leashed at all times. • Please be courteous enough to pick up your pets’ waste and dispose of it accordingly. • Always come to a complete stop when approaching all stop sings, i.e golf cart stop signs. • When out playing golf or just taking a drive in your golf cart please obey the stop signs and stay on road. • Trash and Vegetation pick up are on Wednesdays and Trash, Recycle & Bulk pick up on Saturdays, your trash may be discarded no earlier than 7pm Tuesdays and Fridays.

PARKING: • Parking on the correct side of the road helps everyone stay safe by keeping the roads clear for thru traffic. Odd number days park on odd side of the street and even days park on even side of the street. • No vehicles of member or guest shall be parked on roadways between the hours of 11:00 pm and 7:00 am. • No parking at clubhouse & tennis parking lots overnight. THEFT PREVENTION: • Make sure all your doors and windows are locked and always secured. • Please notify security if you are planning to be away for an extended period, they will conduct routine perimeter checks of the residence until your return. • Always lock car doors and set the alarm system. • Do not leave valuables or key fob in your vehicle. • If you see something suspicious, please say something, we are a community, please look out for one another!
