GATES: To maintain resident/visitor safety, we are monitoring foot traffic in and out of the community. Please help us in this regard by carrying your ID when leaving property. It is encouraged that our members be cordial and get to know our security team. Feel free to say hello or wave when passing by them. Acknowledgment of this sort helps them to recognize you and makes your return onto property much easier. Our security team works diligently to keep our community safe, but it takes a concerted effort by us all to ensure this happens. GATE ACCESS PASS: This new feature to our security system will entail: • Guest list management on your smart phone from the comfort of your home. • Capability to send electronic passes directly to guests via email or text. • Elect to receive automatic arrival notification when your guests are checked-in. • You will still be able to call the guest authorization line if you prefer. TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS: We have a trafficmonitoring systemcalledTraffic Logix.These cameras photograph all tags of vehicles that break the speed limit, whether it be a resident, guest of resident, a vendor or a member, your tag will be captured, and a violation will be issued. Members are responsible for their guests/vendors on property. A reminder: Speed limit on Boca Grove Blvd is 30mph and 25mph-(or less) on all-other streets, except Cul de Sacs, Campo Florido and Harrow Ct, please observe 15mph-(or less) on these inner roads. Lastly, we ask you to proceed with caution when driving on Whitaker Drive due to construction at the Sports and Wellness center. Electric Vehicle

A small but growing number of Boca Grove members already own/lease electric vehicles (EVs), and a substantial number of other members are now considering them. One of our Boca Grove members, Roger Pressman, was among the very first people in Florida (in fact, in the United States) to own a Tesla EV way back in 2012. At that time, he started a company that offers accessories for Tesla vehicles, and is now recognized nationally as an expert on the electric vehicle market and the tech that underlies EVs. Given the many EV questions Roger gets from our members, he has offered to host a “EV Event” that may be of interest to current EV owners, and as important, to those of you who might be considering the purchase/lease of your first EV.
