We have another season before breaking ground on the thrilling renovation of our Sports & Wellness Center and I am especially exited about our new pool. Let’s look at the unknown benefits of aquatic exercise: • You can regain your balance, strengthen your core, improve your coordination and response rate while being kind to your joints and eliminating future injuries, thus improving your golf, tennis, running or other sports activities. Replacements included. • Research is educating us about the body and how exercising in the water improves cardio vascular and respiratory functions with hydrostatic pressure, resistance of the water, buoyancy and little to no impact. All while providing tremendous benefits to our overall health.
