Directs all aspects of the Golf Operation. Works directly with Golf Committee to establish policies and procedures for the golf operation and ensures compliance. Manages departmental budget, provides strategic vision and proposed capital improvements. Reports to General Manager Supervises: Assistant Professionals, Golf Staff

Oversees daily golf operations. Maintains inventory of golf shop merchandise and monitors shop profitability. Communicates regularly with other departments to ensure departmental needs are met. Manages the outside golf operations. Reports to Director of Golf Supervises: Golf Staff

Phillip Gabes, PGA 1 st Assistant Golf Professional pgabes@bocagrove.org

Assists in the daily golf operations. Manages and monitors play sheet and arranges group play. Provides instructional lessons to members and guests. Coordination and execution of golf tournaments. Reports to Director of Golf Supervises: Golf Staff
