Manages all food & beverage operations including catering events. Evaluates staffing needs and follows department budget for allocations. Meets with members and guests to plan and execute private parties. Hires and trains the service staff. Reports to the General Manager Supervises: Dining Room Supervisor and all F&B staff

Supervises dining room operation and service staff. Provides quality control and ensures compliance with service standard guidelines. Maintains wine and liquor inventory controls and negotiates value pricing with vendors. Reports to Food & Beverage Manager Supervises: Servers, Runners and Bartenders
