• Manages and oversees all aspects of the Club and POA, including its activities and the relationships between the Club and its Board of Directors, members, guests, employees, community, government and industry. • Secures and protects the club’s assets, including facilities and equipment.

• Implements effective financial strategies developing annual operating budget, managing debt, improving revenue and maintaining a healthy financial position. • Oversees cost and general accounting, accounts receivable/collection and payroll and risk management. • Ensures compliance with all governmental agencies and tax laws.
