Dan Pendola, PGA Director of Golf dpendola@bocagrove.org | x501 • Manages and oversees all golf shop and department operations and services • Oversees the development of operating procedures and training manuals for the golf operation. • Coordinate plans with the Food and Beverage Manager for all food and beverage needs, on-course food and beverage needs, banquets, outside events, and catering for all golf functions Reports to the General Manager Phillip Gabes, PGA Head Golf Professional pgabes@bocagrove.org | x502 • Makes recommendations for hiring and oversees the raining/supervision of all golf operations personnel. Assists with organizing and conducting club tournaments, outside outings, player development and related events • Supervise physical inventories of hard goods, present a diverse and desirable array of golf equipment Reports to the Director of Golf Rob DiMatteo Assistant Golf Professional rdimatteo@bocagrove.org | 500 • Administers MGA league event and Mixer event setup • Assists with all golf shop related tasks • Assists with Player development programs and clinics as well as conducts private golf lessons Reports to Director of Golf Beth Freedman Merchandise Manager bfreedman@bocagrove.org | x502 • In charge of buying and receiving of all soft goods and apparel • Conducts monthly inventory counts • Ensures professional appearance of all staff to club standards Reports to Director of Golf
