Develops and manages budgets, plans capital improvements, and controls expenses Coordinates with club leadership, reports on course conditions, and leads major agronomic projects Leads course renovations and infrastructure improvements in collaboration with contractors and consultants Reports to the COO/General Manager Al Amengual Food & Beverage Director Extension 314 Direct: 561-246-5390 aamengual@bocagrove.org Oversees all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, and catering services, ensuring high standards of service and quality Hires, trains, supervises, and motivates F&B staff to ensure high-quality service and a positive work environment.
