Provide or oversee lessons, clinics, and programs for players of all ages and skill levels. Recruit, train, and manage golf professionals, shop staff, and outside services team members. Direct the golf shop’s buying, inventory, and sales strategies to meet member needs and maximize revenue. Plan, promote, and execute member tournaments, outings, and special golf events. Coordinate with course maintenance and ensure golf carts, range, and equipment are properly maintained. Manage financial performance of golf operations, including budgeting, expense control, and reporting. Reports to the COO/General Manager
