Manages vendor contracts, negotiates pricing, and ensures vendors are reliable and meet event needs Reports to the Food & Beverage Director Madison DiPietro Engagement, Events & Experiences Manager Extension 312 Direct: 561-593-0533 mdipietro@bocagrove.org Plans and manages member events, including themed gatherings, opening and closing parties, and special celebrations. Oversees event logistics such as menus, seating charts, and décor to ensure seamless experiences. Collaborates with staff and vendors to deliver creative, high-quality programming. Enhances member engagement through thoughtful event design and community focused activities. Ensures events align with organizational values, standards, and member expectations. Continuously evaluates and refines event offerings to enrich the overall member experience. Reports to the Catering & Special Events Manager Erica harding Executive Pastry Chef eharding@bocagrove.org Creating and updating pastry menus, developing new recipes and techniques, and ensuring consistent quality and presentation. Hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating pastry staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Overseeing the preparation of all pastry items, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards, and maintaining high quality standards. Reports to the Executive Chef
