Lead and Develop Staff: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise F&B team members to uphold service standards and club values. Manage Financials: Develop budgets, control costs, track sales and expenses, and work toward profitability goals. Plan Events and Menus: Coordinate with chefs and staff to execute dining services and special events, including menu planning and service execution. Ensure Compliance and Quality: Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards while maintaining excellent food, beverage, and service quality. Reports to the Food & Beverage Director
