Oversees all aspects of production, organization, and daily kitchen operations. Ensures consistent quality control and adherence to established culinary standards across all menus. Provides strategic leadership, training, and guidance to the culinary team. Reports to the Executive Chef Oleg Pavlyuk Sous Chef opavlyuk@bocagrove.org Directs the preparation team and oversees all cold food production. Assumes management responsibilities in the absence of the Executive Chef. Ensures consistency, quality, and adherence to culinary standards within cold kitchen operations.
