Your General Manager Mr. Gibson Renaissance Creates Sense of Belonging, Camaraderie at Boca Grove. W ow did that go fast! The 2018- 2019 season is coming to close and our plans for summer are

to our team is not only appreciated but helpful. We anticipate that our members positive attitude will carry forth outside the community and create opportunity for new members to join our community and shape the future. Our Glimpse in the Grove stay and play program has been very successful in its inaugural year. This continues to be one of the best marketing programs to allow prospective members to experience the Boca Grove lifestyle first hand. Your referrals and positive conversations with interesting prospects are critical to the future success of this program. If you would like more information about this program, please contact Jennifer Jolly at 487-5300 or jjolly@bocagrove.org. April, May and June, I find to be the nicest months of the year in South Florida. April provides us early with the NCAA National Championship for both women and men’s division. Quickly following we have “The Masters” live from Augusta. Hopefully you’ll catch our “Hot Damn Country Glam” event on Saturday, April 13. Passover and Easter are both on the following weekend and will provide everyone opportunity to reflect with family and friends. May kicks off with our second annual Kentucky Derby Party. The fastest two minutes in sports. Mother’s Day leads into Memorial Day and our Memorial Day Barbeque poolside. This June as the kids complete their sessions at school and prepare for summer vacation, we will offer kids camps for all ages. Tennis, golf, fitness, pool games and even culinary with Chef Dominic will all be part of this new program offered for members and guests. It sounds like we are all going to be very busy this summer. We can’t wait. Happy Days,

greater and more exciting than ever. It seems like yesterday we were celebrating our opening event “Get Your Motor Running”. A lot has happened in such a few short months. We have so much to be thankful for as the Renaissance of Boca Grove continues to move forward creating commitment and camaraderie from our community and membership. Progress on the new Sports and Wellness Center continue to be positive with anticipation for ground breaking hopefully in late fall. As we continue our journey, we are focusing on organizational alignment. This is best described by a degree of which key elements of an enterprise are tightly integrated and working in concert together to drive member satisfaction. Premier clubs have this type of total alignment and our Board of Directors and team of associates are engaged and fully committed to this principal. The opportunity to work towards uniting our club membership as one and providing a strong sense of community is within our grasp. It will take commitment from all sides. Our future has never been brighter. As well as alignment, the Board is leading us through attainable goals that include financial responsibility, the completion of the new Sports and Wellness Center, future Viability and sustainability of our membership programs, lowering delinquencies and increasing property values, renovation, sales and leasing for vacant Le Jardin units and a strong commitment on overall community enhancement beginning with common grounds, lighting and safety. As we end our first quarter, we are enthusiastic about the level of membership participation. We have taken the time to listen and make necessary changes to meet the needs of our membership. Members that have taken the time to share their concerns have been surprised to find that it is a priority of ours, to shape the future based on membership feedback. We are listening and appreciate your interest in making Boca Grove the best it can be for all members. Your commitment in carrying forth positive reinforcement

Happy Summer! Michael J. Gibson General Manager/COO
