Hello and welcome to Nassau

Nassau was a base for pirates in the 1700s. The pirates attacked European ships in the nearby Caribbean Sea. During World War II (1939–45) the United States set up a military base in Nassau. In 1973 The Bahamas became an independent country with Nassau as its capital. Nassau lies on the island of New Providence, with neighboring Paradise Island accessible via Nassau Harbor bridges. A popular cruise-ship stop, the city has a hilly landscape and is known for beaches as well as its offshore coral reefs, popular for diving and snorkeling. It retains many of its typical pastel-colored British colonial buildings, like the pink-hued Government House.

Two designated parking spots are located in front of the unit. Please do not block other vehicles and only park at the designated locations Guest Access: If you are expecting guests, please notify the security guard

Additional notes: Check in time is any time after 3pm. Please message or communicate with us if you are going to arrive earlier and we may be able to accommodate you.

These are following house rules we ask that you abide during your stay

Please maintain our home as if it were your own.

Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted.

Please don't smoke. This covers vaping, marijuana, tobacco and other substances. No candles please. Use the black towel provided specifically for makeup removal. This helps us preserve the quality and appearance of our crisp white towels.

No pets allowed

Please be courteous of your neighbors by keeping noise and music to a reasonable level

Easily access your own streaming services by using the remote provided 75" SAMSUNG SMART TV Add fresh water to the reservoir, ensuring it's within the recommended fill line. Lift the handle and insert the desired K-Cup pod into the pod holder. Lower the handle to ensure the pod is securely in place. Choose your desired brew size using the buttons on the Keurig (e.g., 6 oz, 8 oz, 10 oz). Press the brew button, and the coffee will begin dispensing into your cup. Once brewing is complete, remove your cup and enjoy. COFFEE MAKER

THERMOSTAT

The thermostat is located near the front door. Adjust the temperature to you desired level. Please be mindful of leaving windows or sliding door open while air conditioning is on.

You will find a trash receptacle under the kitchen island. When exiting your unit, the garbage collection area is located on the left side of the building.
